  • How do I store my products? And what is the shelf life?
    We recommend refrigerating all products upon receipt. Most of our items are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. If there are any leftovers, please store them in the refrigerator and consume them within three days.
  • Are your products Halal?
    Patisserie Iku is not Halal Certified, but we do not use any pork/lard/alcohol in our products. Only fish gelatine is used in our products.
  • How much are your delivery fees?
    For orders >$100, we will provide complimentary delivery service(except Sentosa & Tuas). For orders <$100, a $12 delivery fee will apply. For Sentosa & Tuas, a $15 delivery fee will apply.   • What time can I expect the deliveries?
    Our delivery time slots are between 1130am to 6pm. Specific timing deliveries will be subjected to additional fees.
  • What happens if there is no one at home to receive the delivery?
    Our delivery partner will call or text upon arrival. If there's no answer, they will wait 10 minutes before returning the products for re-delivery, subjected to additional fees. With prior permission from you or recipient, they may leave items in a safe spot outside your gate. We will not be responsible for any damaged items left outside.
  • Can I place an order for same day pickup/delivery?
    We do not offer same-day delivery or pick-up. For urgent requests, call us at +65 9881 8597, and we'll try to help. You can also visit our store for available items.
  • How early should I place my order?
    We kindly ask that all orders be placed at least 2 days in advance. This allows us enough time to prepare everything fresh and with care. For larger or custom orders, feel free to reach out earlier so we can better assist you!
  • Where is your self pick-up location at?
    Our store is at 5000F Marine Parade Rd, #01-25B, Singapore 449289 (Inside Laguna Park Condominuim)
