Refrigerate all products upon receipt. Most items are best enjoyed on the day of purchase. If you have leftovers, store them in the refrigerator and consume within three days.

Our products are not Halal certified. However, we do not use pork, lard, or alcohol in any of our pastries. We only use fish gelatin.

For orders >$120, we will provide complimentary delivery service(except Sentosa & Tuas).

For orders <$120, a $15 delivery fee will apply.

For Sentosa & Tuas, a $18 delivery fee will apply.

For Specific timing delivery, a $30 delivery fee will apply.

Our delivery time slots are between 1130am to 5pm.

Specific timing deliveries will be subjected to additional fees.

Our delivery partner will call or text upon arrival. If there's no answer, they will wait 10 minutes before returning the products for re-delivery, subjected to additional fees.

With prior permission from you or recipient, they may leave items in a safe spot outside your gate. We will not be responsible for any damaged items left outside.

We do not offer same-day delivery or pick-up. For urgent requests, please call us at +65 9881 8597, and we'll do our best to assist you. You can also visit our store for available items.

Please place your order at least 1 day in advance to ensure we have enough time to prepare everything fresh. For larger or custom orders, contact us earlier so we can better assist you!
