Delivery & Self Pick Up
Delivery
We offer complimentary delivery services throughout Singapore, except for in restricted areas. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery in a restricted area, we will promptly notify you and request an alternate address.
Complimentary delivery is provided for orders exceeding $100; otherwise, a delivery fee of $12 will apply.
For Sentosa, a delivery fee of $15 will apply.
Please ensure that someone is available to collect baked goods, as rescheduled deliveries will incur a standard rate of $20.
For specific timing delivery (eg, arrive at 3-5 pm), a delivery fee of $30 will apply.

Self Pick up
Self-pickup location is at,

For self-pickup at our store, please inform us of your expected arrival time. Pick-up timings are available from 12:00 pm onwards. We are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Once the pickup date and time are confirmed, changes cannot be made without at least 48 hours' notice. All collections must be completed by the closing time on the selected collection date. Cakes not collected by closing time will be retained for pickup the following day. However, if the cake remains uncollected for more than two days from the original collection date, it will be discarded and considered a failed pickup. Failed pickups will not be refunded.
If you are using a third-party service for pickup, please ensure that a car or van is selected, as our baked goods are delicate. Provide the driver with your name and order number, which they must present to collect your order. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or incidents that may occur with the third-party delivery service or for the items once they leave our premises. It is recommended that the driver take photos of all items in your order, both before and after delivery.
Please note that we do not arrange or book third-party delivery services for self-pickup customers. If you are unable to visit our store to collect your order, you will need to make your own arrangements.
Customers are advised to check and report any discrepancies or errors in the order at the point of collection. Once the cakes are accepted and collected, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
